02 Bug reports & support

If you've found a bug or something isn't working as expected, email support@backcandle.com with a short description of the issue, the instrument and timeframe you were replaying, and your browser version. Screenshots help a lot.

  • Include the session ID from the URL if you can reproduce the issue in a specific replay session
  • Note whether the problem is consistent or intermittent
  • Mention which browser and OS you're on

03 Data & instrument requests

Missing an instrument or timeframe? We add new tickers regularly based on demand. Email data@backcandle.com with the exchange, symbol, and timeframe you need — we'll track coverage requests and prioritize accordingly.
