01 How we work

The team is fully remote. We communicate async-first over text — long-form context over quick pings. Meetings happen when they're genuinely necessary and not as a substitute for written thinking. We ship continuously and expect every team member to own their work end-to-end.

  • No micromanagement — you own the problem, not just the ticket
  • High trust — senior people, minimal process, direct feedback
  • Traders welcome — if you trade futures or crypto you'll have an unfair advantage here

02 Open roles

We don't have open roles listed publicly at this stage. We're building a team intentionally — hiring people who are already doing the work they'd do here, not people who are interested in the concept.

If you're a strong backend engineer who likes typed, well-tested code, a frontend engineer who values craft over framework churn, or someone who sits at the intersection of trading and software — reach out anyway. We keep a rolling list of people we'd like to talk to.


03 What we look for

  • Strong opinions, loosely held — bring a point of view, change your mind on evidence
  • Bias toward action — ship something imperfect today over perfecting something for next month
  • Low ego — the best idea wins regardless of who had it
  • Trading literacy — you don't need to be a professional trader, but understanding what "OHLCV" means is a baseline
  • Written communication — async teams live and die on the quality of their writing
